About the Event
Join us on February 12, 2026, for a fun, social evening as we wrap up a week of #TranspoBINGO and celebrate all the creative ways people chose to play their way through the city. We'll gather at Atlas Brew Works – Bridge District, just a five-minute walk from the Anacostia Metro, accessible from the Anacostia Riverwalk Trail, and adjacent to a Capital Bikeshare station.
Prizes will be awarded at the Active Transit Social, so be sure to complete the TranspoBINGO scorecard at the end of the week to share how many squares you finished, which challenges you loved most, and how you pushed yourself to try something new.
Food will be provided while it lasts, and we’ll do our best to offer vegetarian and/or vegan options.
Kid- and community-friendly: there’s an outdoor playground on site, and we’ll have a few games available. You’re encouraged to bring card games or board games to play, share, or swap.
The Active Transit Social is a chance to meet fellow players, share stories, and celebrate how everyday trips—and a little curiosity and joy—can help build a more people-centered transportation system. Whether you completed a few squares or the whole board, we can’t wait to celebrate the creativity that made this year’s TranspoBINGO so fun.
More about Atlas: Atlas is the anchor retail tenant at the Bridge District, the largest multifamily structure in the world to pursue the International Living Future Institute’s Zero Carbon Certification. Keeping with its reputation and mission of sustainable stewardship, Atlas Bridge District has implemented a range of environmentally conscious practices throughout its operations. The brewery features a high-efficiency, gas-free brewhouse that is fully integrated into the building’s base systems, allowing excess heat from the brewing process to be captured and reused elsewhere in the facility. Standard water reclamation processes are still in place, and all spent grain is donated to local farmers for agricultural use. In addition, Atlas recently made the move to 100% recyclable aluminum cans, eliminating plastic wraps and labels to ensure the entire can remains in the recycling stream. These efforts underscore Atlas Brew Works’ dedication to reducing its environmental footprint while continuing to deliver high-quality craft beer.
