About the Event

Improv for All! Free Workshop (Keep the Play Going)

Tuesday, February 18 | 6:00–7:30 pm

Capitol View Neighborhood Library

5001 Central Ave SE, Washington, DC

TranspoBINGO may have wrapped up up, but play doesn’t have to. Keep the momentum going with Improv for All!, a free, welcoming introduction to improv from Washington Improv Theater—designed to help neighbors reconnect with creativity, confidence, and each other.

This high-fun, low-pressure workshop is open to everyone. No theater background required. No need to be “funny.” Just come ready to move, listen, and play in a supportive, trusting environment led by experienced and friendly instructors. Improv is a powerful way to build connection, spark joy, and carry forward the spirit of collective play that TranspoBINGO is all about.

Workshops are free but registration is required, and they often fill up.👉 TranspoBINGO note: Players may earn a square in good faith by signing up and committing to attend.

This workshop is offered in partnership with DC Public Libraries. Please check in at the Information Desk for room location.
