About the Event
UPDATED EVENT/NEW DATE: Join #TranspoBINGO players on Sunday, February 8, from 10:00 am–12:00 pm for a sponsor-hosted service event with Friends of the Mount Vernon Trail, focused on caring for one of the region’s most heavily used active transportation corridors.
This volunteer event will focus on snow and ice removal on bridges along the Mount Vernon Trail near the airport, helping make the trail safer and more accessible for people walking, biking, and rolling. Volunteers will meet at National Landing Waterpark (near PhoWheels) and walk together to the work site.
You’ll earn a TranspoBINGO square, support active transportation, and play your way through the city with purpose, all while pitching in alongside fellow neighbors and advocates.
