About the Event
Take a recess break—TranspoBINGO style.
Play like it’s recess (indoors!) at the DC History Center during this pop-up, drop-in play hour running Thursday through Sunday. From 1–2 pm each day, classic games spill out just outside the Class Action exhibit, which explores the history of education in Washington, DC.
Expect low-stakes, high-joy play: Connect 4, hopscotch, giant Jenga, hula hoops, a colorful parachute, oversized tic-tac-toe, and more. Whether you’re feeling nostalgic, wrangling kids, or just need to shake off the day, this is an easy, playful stop to add to your TranspoBINGO board.
Free, open to all, and perfect for a midday transit trip. Come by once—or make it a repeat square Thursday through Sunday.
